Are walk-in clients accepted at the salon?

Stellar Salon Suites is tailored for professionals with an established clientele. However, it is up to each tenant to decide whether to accept walk-in clients.

What are the suite hours?

Generally the suite hours are from 6am to 11pm. However tenants have access to their suites 24/7 and can operate in a security controlled environment at any given time.

Do we have to pay for parking?

There is ample free parking available to all tenants and their clients directly in front of, and on the side of the building.

Am I allowed to decorate my suite?

Absolutely! Tenants are encouraged to decorate their suites to reflect their unique styles and personalities. While painting the walls is not permitted, you may use removable wallpaper to personalize your space.

What amenities are included with my lease?

Your lease includes a semi-furnished or unfurnished suite based on your preference, maintenance of common areas, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, access to an on-site laundry facility, directory listing, fingerprint access to your suite, key code access to the salon, an individual paging system, and a 24/7 security camera system. Tenants are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of their individual suites.

What license and documents do I need?

Stellar Salon Suites, and the city requires all suite owners to apply for a business license.

The Georgia Cosmetology Sate Board requires all licensed cosmetologists, Estheticians and Nail Techs to have a salon license. Braiders and Locticians do not need to be licensed; however a business license is still required.

Proof of General & Professional Liability Insurance

Contact the Georgia Cosmetology State Board at (404) 424-9966 and the health department at (404) 657-2700 regarding specific requirements for your profession.

All licenses should be displayed in your suite.

Are there any prohibited items?

All pets, weapons, drugs, and loud music are explicitly prohibited.
